Women of Faith Praying for a Cure Prayer Brunch

This annual event is a "signature project" for our chapter.  It is a wonderful opportunity for women and men of faith to come together to learn about new initiatives in cancer research and treatment while also enjoying a motivational speech, fellowship, and delicious food.  The event culminates in a corporate prayer for all issues related to cancer and in support of those diagnosed with this disease.

Soiree

This event provides an afternoon of fellowship, fun and delicious food.  Attendees play various card and board games of their choice while raising money for a great cause. 

RVA Charmettes Traveling for the Cause
 

We sponsor wonderful travel experiences to various stage productions and other popular tourist locations.  These trips offer travel via chartered bus, nice hotel accommodations, restaurant dining, and fun shopping experiences.  The most recent trip was to view the play, “Moses”, at the Sight and Sound Theatre in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

This event is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy delicious food and good fellowship while celebrating the joy of the Christmas season. There are interactive games and a lot of fun.
